Balik kampung/Breakfast with Gie

I was on Emergency Leave yesterday sebab my father-in-law tak berapa sihat, lepas ambik ubat kat pharmacy, tetiba aje vision dia blank and badan panas semacam. Bertolak selepas subuh, ambik my brother -in-law kat Keramat and terus ke highway. Sempat breakfast kat Karak. Alhamdulilah selepas pergi ke klinik my father-in-law cuma kena berehat banyak2 aje and takde diabetes, darah tinggi or deman denggi. Balik petang tu jugak ke KL.

This morning pulak gi KL straight semata2 nak berbreakfast with Gie yg datang ke KL Monday aritu sebab ada course yg very the spiritual...Alhamdulillah....hiks. Try to ajak Ms Maxis tapi kul 10 baru masuk opis. I arrived pun around 9.30 sebab tau ajela KL di pagi hari...pak kal aje sebab member kalu tidak tak ingin ke KL. Anyway borak-borak sampai around 11 plus, lepas breakfast n lepas tolong angkat beg dia for check-out, i pun terus pegi office. Hope to see her again soon....

Baru dapat berita Mastura's Father teah meninggal dunia pada Thursday lepas due to kidney problem. Diharap Mastura tabah and semoga rohnya ditempatkan di golongan orang mukmin. Amin.

Had lunch with Yati kat Nikko Hotel tadi..I was amazed Yati is skinner (she takes Yoga 3 times a week) than before..dulu punyer tembam and toye, tapi skrg dah Vogue giteww...She is working with oil company kat Citibank Building. Her husband Mie is from Melaka (tak tau la Shuhaimi ke, Fahmie ke, Amy Seach ke? ahaks) also kat oil n gas punyer line tapi different company. Infact she told me she after 1 week of courting terus merisik and bertunang and after few weeks terus kahwin..terror nyer...after kahwin ikut hubby gi Canada (1 year) pastu US - tak silap Houston (6 months) n another 6 months kat ...ala tak ingat la. (tanda2 dah nak masuk Isyak kot)..ahaks. Pastu duduk Mesia until now. Happily marriedd with 3 kids. Yang besau Faiz 12 yrs old. UPSR - 5A (Congratulations! Sejuk perut Mama) and yg kedua n ke tiga girls and twins pulak tu..going to be 11 next year, nama pun tak ingat gak (kena upgrade Memory or kena reformat). The 4th one still in process...Yeehaaa

Duduk kat Taman Hussein Onn for the past few years, siap penah masuk Anjung Seri maganazine on January last year. Kelas giteww!! Volunteer to be the host for our next gathering (wonder bila dreams will come true).

Arwah ni ada 3 orang anak, 2 lelaki 1 perempuan umur 15, 11 and 6 tahun. Namanya zubir, atiq and Aishah…. Arwah demam hari selasa, pergi klinik hari rabu. Ancik (husband) kata muntah darah lagi.. masuk specialist kajang hari jumaat tapi masih boleh bercakap lagi katanya. Tup2 malam ahad lepas I kenduri arwah segalanya, dapat call pukul 10.30 from ancik katanya arwah ada kat hospital tengah kritikal. Ancik kata nak datang, datanglah.. I pun terus pergi tak ingat apa lagi… sedih melilih tak tentu arah dibuatnya… sampai kat icu, tengok dia memang koma, sana sini wayar.. memang penyakit denggi ni berdarah… kesian juga tengok anak Sulong kat sebelah arwah ni . 2 lagi anaknya kat wad biasa…tak terkata hati masa tu, runtuh habis… tunggu sampai pukul 1.00 pagi pas tu balik rumah tapi takleh tidur... pukul 7 pagi pergi lagi hospital melawat sampai arwah meninggal pukul 9.08 pagi… tengok sampai nafas terakhir… SubhanAllah… Doakan untuk Arwah, itu yang boleh kita buat…Amin…. Tak leh cerita lagi.. melilih aku….

My Routine in Ramadhan

Sorry la lately ni I busy, bukan sebab business Kerepek tau, tapi sebab al-maklum la Bulan Puasa, so balik pun awal, keje pulak kena bereskan before the long holiday, so tak sempat nak update. Infact try to cook for Berbuka walaupun I ni tak pandai masak..ahaks..mcm my daughter cakap la I punya speciality Telur Goreng...hehehehe...apa punya anak da!!!

How's uols punya activity di Bulan Ramadhan ni? Ramadhan ni my day starts at 4.30 a.m, bangun panaskan apa2 yg patut and kejutkan anak around 4.45 for sahur. Mula2 dulu dia org makan nasi tapi semenjak dua menjak ni dia org makan Cereal aje..kesian ngan mak dia org kot. My hubby tak bersahur cuma kasi dia air segelas dah cukup. After dia org selesai kemas2kan apa yang patut, by that time pun dah around 6 am, bangunkan anak untuk siap pergi sekolah, by 7 a.m dah kena keluar rumah.

After antar bebudak ni terus pergi ke Office. Bulan Ramadhan ni kul 4.30 pm dah balik. By this time traffice OK lagi. Slalunyer tak plan nak buka Puasa ngan apa, so selalu kengkadang beli aje. Tapi sekarang ni kebanyakan Pasar Ramadhan ni dah tak best macam dulu la..dah la mahal, pastu silap2 kedai tak sedap langsung. Macam semalam pegi gak ke Pasar Ramadhan tapi tak tau nak beli apa and tak banyak yg menarik pun, last2 masak Spaghetti for them. Nasib baik sempat siap just before Azan.

Malam pulak, so far tak dapat pegi Tarawikh lagi sebab anak I yang kecik ni leceh banyak sikit, susah nak bawak dia. Around 10.00 pm dah masuk tido, so far baru 4 kali miss sahur...sebab alarm tak bunyi or maybe bunyi tapi tidur mati..ahaks...sian anak2 I. Nasib baik anak2 I tahan.

Anyway really hope uol punya Ramadhan lagi interesting than mine...

Wanted to share something that happened today while shopping at Carrefour. A mother was leaning over looking for meat and turned around to find her 4 years old daughter was missing. I was standing there right beside her, and she was calling her daughter with no luck.

I asked a man who worked at Carrefour to announce it over the loud-speaker. He did, and left me, he immediately walked right past me when I asked and went to a pole where there was a phone. He made an announcement for all the doors and gates to be locked, a code something. So they locked all the doors at once.

This took all of 3 minutes after I asked the guy to do this. They found the little girl 5 minutes later in a bathroom stall drugged. Her head was half shaved, and she was dressed in her underwear with a bag of clothes, a razor, and wig sitting on the floor beside her, to make her look different.

Whoever this person was, took the little girl, brought her into the bathroom, shaved half her head, and undressed her in a matter of less than 10 minutes. This makes me shake to no end.

Please keep a close eye on your kids when in big places where it's easy for you to get separated like Shopping Malls. It only took a few minutes to do all of that. Another 5 minutes and she would have been out the door.

I am still in shock that some sick person could do this, let alone in a matter of minutes. The days are over when our little ones could run rampant all over the place and nothing worse would happen then them annoying people.

The little girl is fine. Thank God for fast workers who didn't take any chances.

Ramadhan is the ninth month of the Muslim calendar. The Month of Ramadhan is also when it is believed the Holy Quran "was sent down from heaven, a guidance unto men, a declaration of direction, and a means of Salvation"

It is during this month that Muslims fast. It is called the Fast of Ramadhan and lasts the entire month. Ramadhan is a time when Muslims concentrate on their faith and spend less time on the concerns of their everyday lives. It is a time of worship and contemplation.

During the Fast of Ramadhan strict restraints are placed on the daily lives of Muslims. They are not allowed to eat or drink during the daylight hours. Smoking and sexual relations are also forbidden during fasting.

At the end of the day the fast is broken with prayer and a meal called the iftar. In the evening following the iftar it is customary for Muslims to go out visiting family and friends. The fast is resumed the next morning.

According to the Holy Quran:
One may eat and drink at any time during the night "until you can plainly distinguish a white thread from a black thread by the daylight: then keep the fast until night"

The good that is acquired through the fast can be destroyed by five things -

the telling of a lie

slander

denouncing someone behind his back

a false oath

greed or covetousness

These are considered offensive at all times, but are most offensive during the Fast of Ramadhan

During Ramadan, it is common for Muslims to go to the Masjid (Mosque) and spend several hours praying and studying the Quran. In addition to the five daily prayers, during Ramadhan Muslims recite a special prayer called the Tarawih prayer (Night Prayer). The length of this prayer is usually 2-3 times as long as the daily prayers. Some Muslims spend the entire night in prayer

On the evening of the 27th day of the month, Muslims celebrate the LaylatulQadr (the Night of Power). It is believed that on this night Muhammad first received the revelation of the Holy Quran. And according to the Quran, this is when God determines the course of the world for the following year

When the fast ends (the first day of the month of Shawal) it is celebrated for three days in a holiday called Aidilfitri (the Feast of Fast Breaking). Gifts are exchanged. Friends and family gather to pray in congregation and for large meals. In some cities fairs are held to celebrate the end of the Fast of Ramadhan.

Today I nak citer a bit about My Family and I...hehehehe..mcm essay UPSR pulak...Actually I kahwin boleh la dikirakan lambat gak..around 26 yrs old. Masa tu I nikah gantung dulu sebab my Hubby kena gi posting kat Jakarta. Malam ni nikah esok pagi dah kena ambik flight to Jkt. Huhuhu..majlis pun between family aje..tak sempat sgt nak ajak ramai org, yg sempat dtg pun cuma Shake and family aje. The real wedding was on April 1992 the next year tu (a week after Hari Raya), yg datang for my wedding Gie &. My first baby was born in April 1993 sampailah 2001 altogehter ada 5 - 3 boys and 2 girls. In 2005 I miscarriege...huhuhu..tak de rezeki.

My hubby is from Jerantut Pahang (bercinta ngan org lain, kahwin ngan orang lain - hiks) Now staying kat Pendamar Indah, Port Klang. Working kat Kelana Jaya kat IT Company doing smart card, time attendance system, visitor management system. Our client termasuk Air Asia, Wawasan University, HSBC, Inti College, Selayang Hospital and a few lagi la. Kalau korang punya office nak guna our system ni can contact me insyallah commission boleh dirundingkan.

Wedding kengkawan yg I penah pegi was Ms Maxis kita (Liza aka Kak Pah), I guess the rest tak jemput I kot..ahaks.

Lunch with Che Haslinda Khusaimi

Yeehaa.......happynyer today dapat jumpa Lyn after those years masa we all travel naik bas sama2 dari Banting ke PJ. I went to her office kat Faber Tower during lunch time and pegi rumah dia yang sepotong rokok aje dari her office. She has 5 kids (kita Serupa...). The first one 18 yrs old, sekarang buat cert kat mana ek ( lupa plak) doing tourism and hotel management, second will be taking his PMR, third UPSR, forth, Aziz - preschool and fifth Adam - 2 yrs old. Masa I pegi tu cuma Aziz and Adam aje yg ada, yang lain tu belum balik dari sekolah lagi. Cute2 anak2 dia especially Adam, dah la belum pandai cakap lagi, beria2 gak nak bercerita. Sempat makan nasi, lauk kari and sambal lagi. Rajin betul Lyn ni. I tabik spring kat dia la dah la single parent. Dunia sekarang ni bukan senang tau nak besarkan anak. I ni pun dah banyak kali cuba bangun awal subuh masak food for them tapi hingga la ni..still tak boleh gak...nasib baik my hubby tu bukak kantin sekolah jadi bebudak tu boleh la makan breakfast kat sana...ahaks...tak pe tu resolutionI tahun ni, masih ada 4 bulan lagi untuk achieve..

Tak silap aku masa kat JO si Lyn ni baik ngan Sheena and Arniza, pastu 2 mangkuk budak ni transfer ke Kuantan, so tinggallah Lyn. Penah gak masa Part 3 tak silap aku, Sheena and I went to Lyn's house Raya time and then gi pulak rumah boipren Sheena yg kebetulan dekat ngan umah Lyn gak, pastu naik bas gi rumah aku pulak kat Banting. After that lost contact until la one day I found out that Lyn is actually keje kat my cousin's office kat Telok Panglima Garang. First time jumpa kat dlm bas terperanjat beruk betul, dulu punya putih melepak sekarang ni dah sama hitam ngan aku, tapi still cun lagi (tak caya? tengok gambo posing maut tu)

Lepas tu dia tukar keje kat Subang and aku pun dapat keje kat PJ so every morning or everning for sure jumpa dalam bas. Siap cop2 kan tempat lagi..mcm zaman naik bas ITM. Ada banyal lagi stories yg aku share ngan dia. After aku pindah ke Port Klang and dia pulak ke KL dah tak jumpa sampai la hari ini.

Sempat tengok photo2 lama in her collections and sempat gak mengumpat oppss... nanti la bila ada masa aku scan n masuk kn kat dlm blog. Boleh la korang tengok gambar poyos lawa korang...hahahahahaha

Rumah Ann tak la susah sangat nak cari, semalam pun I pegi rumah dia tuk ambik karipap daging (sedap giler) n bukan stakat dapat karipak aje siap dapat lauk sardin masak lemak dengan belimbing kecik. Mula2 tu rasa macam tak nak makan malam sebab diet kenyang, tp akhirnya melantak makan gak. Terima kasih daun keladi Ann, lain kali I bawak bekas sendiri....hakhakhak

On 13 July 2007, I went to KLCC to meet Ann, K.Afza & his son Alex (my future son-in-law - hiks), Aznor & her daughters for a drink. Actually a day before pun ingat nak join them for tea at PJ Hilton tapi stuck dlm discussion so the next day dia org plan nak naik Eye of Malaysia tapi unfortunately it was closed for maintenance, so tukar plan pegi Food Court KLCC. I was there late sebab puas cari alasan untuk kuar office tapi boss asyik suruh join discussion aje tapi dun care gak..Sampai aje terus nampak Oki yang maintain the same.. She's still as cute as before. Later si Liza aka Kak Pah pulak joined we all. Borak tak hengat punyer..I guess mesti anak K.Afza, heran ngan Hot Mamas ni and wondering napa la Mama dia kawan giler macam ni.

Anyway ada gak suggestions nak buat Pot Luck, Ann kata rumah dia no problem, so uols yg baca ni boleh tak kasi komen or email me on the feedback. Say buat end of August. Hopefully ramai yg akan join.

Around 6.45 kita orang pun balik itupun setelah beberapa kali kata nak balik tapi tak jadi2 gak.. Oki lagi best hubby siap tunggu kat Bangsar kul 6.30 tapi dia still kat KLCC lagi. After sending Ann, K.Afza, Aznor and daughters kat basement, I temankan Liza pegi shopping, makcik ni nak pegi Penang the next day jadi member nak beli Jeans (ada ke saiz dia ahaks), baju n and kasut. Punya la susah nak cari barang untuk makcik ni at last dapat la jugak kat Zara..hehehehe. Reached home about 9 sumthing, Really loking forward to meet uols yang lain.

Last 2 weeks I went to University Hospital bukan untuk melawat or apa tapi becoz kena collect documents for tender kat Procument office, so bila balik tu tibe 2 ternampak this signage, terpranjat beruk betul..hahahaha..Masa tu tak sempat nak ambik gambar sebab lampu dah hijau, so the following week tu time submission aku dah get ready with my camera..semangat betul nak ambik..hehehehe..siap drive very the slow one, bengang aje keter belakang...and sempat la aku ambik gambar ni for uols to see..Heran kan after all the years masih ada lagi signage ni...agaknya gomen nak jimat kos kot..ahaks..so kalo uols lalu kat sini tengok2la kenangan ITM JO ni...YEEHAAA!!!!!
